This costume is done in a beautiful royal blue stretch fabric that shimmers in blue ab. The center cutout is done in a holographic gold spandex and trimmed in topaz crystals. This same gold fabric is used to trim the matching fingerless gloves and 23"peplum. She sparkles something fierce and is ready for her spot light!
